Our Story

Steve Peterson started Brave The Borders in 2014 out of his love for travel and passion for helping people. Planning his first trip to Europe in 2011 made him realize the amount of attention and detail that is necessary to maximize one’s travel experience. He has a heart for Europe, as he has traveled multiple times on the continent both for pleasure and missions work, but is also interested in locations all over the world.

Tom joined Brave The Borders as a co-owner in 2017. A friend of Steve’s for over 20 years, Tom shares the same passion for travel. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the travel industry, as he has spent time in over 35 countries around the world during the course of his career in sales.
