Meet Lida 👋🏼 Lida is a breakfast Attendant at our Best Western property, here in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Lida has been with the hotel for 25+ years! 👏🏼 She has a passion to deliver exceptional guest service and shows this every day by connecting with each and every one of our guests that come to enjoy breakfast. Guests come back year after year asking for Lida as she leaves are guests with a sense of ‘home’ through every interaction. 🫶🏼😊

Today is an incredibly special day at Niagara’s Finest Hotels as it marks the 20th Anniversary of the Harbour House Hotel and of our Housekeeping Manager, Jaime Corbett.

Monday June 2, 2003 marked the much-anticipated grand opening of Harbour House Hotel! Jaime Corbett and her housekeeping team had been hard at work for the weeks leading up to the opening, ensuring every piece of furniture was in place, the beds were crisply prepared and warm cookies were baked and ready to present to our first guests.

Twenty years later, Jaime’s attention to detail remains impeccable, her passion for the property and her guests is unwavering and her commitment to the team is inspiring. Jaime is intricate and vital part of Niagara’s Finest Hotels culture and we look forward to celebrating many more years with her. Thank you for all that you do for us and our guests. 👏🏼☺️
