Day 12 of our Route 66 tours is a long one, but it's a good one. From iconic RT66 towns like Seligman, Kingman, and Oatman to scenic desert driving to even lunch with the legendary RT66 author Jim Hinckley, it's a packed day!

Finally we finish off Day 10 with some SUPER iconic stops like Wigwam Motel, Jack Rabbit Trading Post, and we even stand on the corner in Winslow, AZ before spending the night at one of the great hotels of the SW... La Posada!

Day 10 of our guided RT66 tours are a doozy, so we'll break this one up into a few posts as well! First, we travel some of the most scenic stretches of RT66 on our way to Oretga's Indiana Store at the Continental Divide. From there, it's off to lunch at the historic El Rancho Motel- where all the big name western stars stayed!

Day 9 of our RT66 tours takes us up to Santa Fe! We start the morning with a fun, informative tour from Clarice Coffey before spending the afternoon shopping, eating, and taking in museums. For many, the trip back to Albuquerque is also a chance to drive the "Turquoise Trail," and see the town of Madrid from Wild Hogs fame!

Day 8 of our RT66 trips feature some iconic spots! From Cadillac Ranch and Midpoint Cafe in Texas to Tucumcari, NM with its amazing motels and curio shops. Finally, we make a stop at the Route 66 Auto Museum before heading to Albuquerque for dinner at the 66 diner!

Back to our virtual walkthrough of our 66 trips! Day 7 it's off to Texas! But first, some amazing stops in OK like the Stafford Air & Space Museum, the Oklahoma Route 66 Museum, and the town of Erick, OK (Roger Miller's hometown). Once in Texas, we stop at the U-Drop Inn for ice cream. (Look familiar from the movie Cars?) Then it's on to Amarillo where you can try the 72oz steak challenge at the Big Texan!

Day 6 of our Route 66 tours is all about Oklahoma City! We start the morning with the moving Oklahoma City Memorial before giving everyone some free time to check out places like the National Cowboy Museum, the Botanical Gardens, and the vibrant "Bricktown" neighborhood!

Finally, part 3 of our Day 5 virtual cruise down 66! Of course, we stop at the Blue Whale as well as Gasoline Alley Classics before heading on down the Mother Road to the Route 66 Bowl. We cap the day off with a stop at Pop's Soda Ranch for every soda imaginable plus the world's largest soda bottle!

Day 5 Part Two: One of the real hidden gems of the trip! We travel from Kansas into Oklahoma for lunch on-stage at the Coleman Theatre in Miami, OK. We don't want to spoil the surprise too much, but it's definitely a highlight of the entire trip!
