Our commercial leaders had the opportunity to attend this year's Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Conference, deepening their understanding of industry trends, learning about how to leverage the right tools and technology, and connecting with other industry leaders on their own challenges and strategies. We are excited to bring these back to our teams and implement, continuing to improve and advance our customer and team experience.

HSMAI Commercial Strategy Conference Week is off to a great start with a series of executive roundtables. Chief Distribution and Digital Marketing Officers got together and heard from hospitality legal expert Greg Duff, and had in depth discussions among management company, brand, and distribution groups.

This week, our marketing team was invited to attend the Google x Amadeus Summit right here in Boston. Our very own Senior Director of Marketing Leah Bellemore spoke on a panel about marketing budget and how to determine campaign success.
This summit was put on by the talented teams at Google and Amadeus to provide valuable insights about advances in product and AI advancements, revenue trends, and how to prepare for what's coming next in travel. We can't wait to apply these learnings and continue to drive innovation at Giri Hotels.
