Vagabond Ventures features exotic and unique diving locations, cultural tours and Spanish language immersion trips in Central and South America. We offer several group trips yearly, and would be happy to help you plan your individual adventure to one of our featured destinations.

Wishing I was back in the Philippines about now! Made it home and into about a foot of snow in the driveway. After an hour of shoveling, I’m certain I will be able to make it out of the driveway tomorrow. I’m just not sure I will make it out of bed.

Our Story

Our travel ventures began with our love for the sport of scuba diving and a desire to explore destinations around the world in search of different landscapes and critters underwater. We taught scuba classes locally and began leading group scuba trips around the globe. As we traveled to these new destinations, we became intrigued by the different cultures and topside environments we encountered, so we started adding cultural and land-based adventures to our scuba trips. We now offer group scuba trips, combination scuba and land-based adventure trips and cultural/land-based adventure trips with no diving. We lead several of these group trips each year. We can also book individuals or private outside groups on any of our featured destination packages.
