Sharing what makes me keep doing it.....and warms my heart.

Good morning Chika 💕 I wanted to thank you so much for a wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta Mexico 🇲🇽 I had a lot of fun! meeting new people and seeing familiar faces and some people I love and know. I had to teach a half a day yesterday and I'll be in class all day teaching, but I wanted to give you a sincere thank you for everything. I got a chance to relax, rest and enjoy! I missed the beach activity that you mentioned to me.. I got side tracked with time and was still hanging out at the pool party. My highlights were the white party, the pool party and the yacht party! And I loved the tequila tasting. I brought home 2 bottles, the passion fruit and chocolate tequila. Again, thank you for your hospitality on this trip. You truly love what you do! I thank you and your husband so much for embracing my little brother Gerald and my Sis n Law Cindy. They love working and collaborating with you and your husband. You make a great team! You get some rest 💕🥰. All the best 💕

The form you’ll need is a DS-11 filled out in BLACK ink only! (Yes fill out the information about your parents on the second page!) If you filled out the form online, PRINT AND BRING TO APPOINTMENT.(some people don’t)

Bring your STATE ID OR DRIVERS LICENSE NOT YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. And bring your birth certificate (can’t be laminated, torn, taped together, or stained.)
If you are applying for a minor (15 and younger. Mom and Dad must be present if on birth certificate. If there is a special circumstance ( ex. Jail, deceased, or not present in child’s life we will provide you with further instruction) 16 and older only one parent needs to be present.

Your birth certificate will be sent in with your application. So you will receive it back in mail once they have processed everything. You may receive your passport before you receive your birth certificate back. Don't stress you will get it back.

Now on to the price.

IF you plan on flying out of the country you WILL need a passport book ($130) , a passport card is ($30 and you can only drive in and out of Canada /Mexico/ Some seaports). usually about 8-10 weeks if you need it faster expedited fee is an additional $60 (4-6 weeks) All to be made out to the Department of State on a check or money order. The processing fee for the post office /or court house is $35 (separate fee). Picture fee is $15.
