My heart is heavy right now. Like so many Angelenos, it’s been a terrifying week, and I’m saying it’s been a terrifying week, and I haven’t even been there.

But I’ve been watching the fire creep closer to my house, and at the moment, thankfully, I am out of immediate danger.

I wanted to talk briefly today about stress.

Because over the past two weeks, we’ve endured a lot, and my hope if you can find some solace.
