More restaurants opening at Disney 😁

🥗 Walt Disney World Foodie Update 🥗

We are pleased to announce the next round of Walt Disney World restaurants to reopen their doors in the coming weeks.

🦞Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club Resort will once again serve up their delectable oak-fired steads and seafood, as well as their signature Lobster Bisque beginning August 5th. Reservations will be available online July 29th.

🥩Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood, located inside Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will welcome Guests back on August 5th. Enjoy impressive views of the Walt Disney World Resort from soaring windows inside this rooftop restaurant, and dine on Spanish-inspired dishes paired with wine from their impeccably stocked selection of Spanish wines, hand-selected by their Master Sommelier. Reservations will be available online July 29th.

🍤Columbia Harbour House at Magic Kingdom will resume serving favorite seafood dishes on August 5th. Guests can once again enjoy a buttery Lobster Roll, Lighthouse Sandwich, Fried Shrimp and more at this fan-favorite quick-service location in Liberty Square.

🍕 Pizzafari at Animal Kingdom will reopen on August 2nd, serving pizza, sandwiches, and salads, as well as signature drinks and Disney cupcakes. Located near the Tree of Life, Pizzafari offers extensive indoor seating and is the perfect place to escape the heat at Animal Kingdom.

The Disney Dream will kick off the long-awaited return to cruising from the U.S.—with tropical voyages to the Bahamas departing from Port Canaveral, Florida. Three- and four-night cruises will visit our private island, Castaway Cay, for an unforgettable vacation at sea.

The ship will be brimming with magic in all new ways, and enhanced health, safety and cleaning procedures for Guests and Crew Members focus on responsible ship operations.

It's a Marshmallow World this Holiday Season at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Enjoy a vintage holiday celebration as Hollywood Studios transforms into a picture-perfect vision of seasonal glitz and glamour. Tinsel adornments and larger-than-life vintage-themed decor bring the park to life during the day, and in the evenings enjoy Sunset Seasons Greetings as it lights the Hollywood Tower Hotel with projection scenes such as a Muppets gingerbread masterpiece and a snowy Arendelle.

You won't want to miss Santa Claus as he merrily rolls down Hollywood Boulevard spreading North Pole cheer in a special holiday motorcade, Olaf as he appears in the festive holiday finale of "For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration", or Minnie, Santa Goofy and their pals at Minnie's Holiday Dine at Hollywood & Vine.

On your mark, Get set, GO!
runDisney is set to return to the Walt Disney World Resort this fall, kicking off the 2021-2022 race season with the popular Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, powered by AfterShokz!

The Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend takes place November 4-7, 2021, and is sure to be "Wickedly Delicious". The event celebrates favorite Disney villains and includes a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and Disney Two Course Challenge for runners who participate in both the 10K and half marathon.

Additional races for the season include:
Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend: January 5-9, 2022
Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend: February 24-27, 2022

Beginning October 1st, an Early Theme Park Entry benefit will be rolling out for all Disney Resort hotel guests, and guests at select other hotels, just in time for the celebration. This exclusive offering will be available at EVERY theme park, EVERY day, and will give guests the opportunity to be among the first to enjoy the dazzling EARidescent decor and excitement.

Exclusive Extended Evening Hours for Guests at Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts
Guests at Disney Deluxe and Disney Deluxe Villa Resort hotels will have the additional opportunity to enjoy extended evening hours on select nights at select theme parks! These exclusive hours will begin in early October, with the specific kick-off date shared in the future.

Special Resort Character Appearances
Guests will be delighted by special surprise appearances when their favorite Disney pals like Goofy and Pluto drop by their Resort hotels dressed in their EARidescent best!

Dining Plans!

Fireworks Return to Disney Parks this July!

The beloved Disney “kiss good night” will once again ignite the skies over Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, and at Disneyland Park.

Nightly performances of “Happily Ever After” and “EPCOT Forever” return to Walt Disney World on July 1st, and “Mickey’s Mix Magic” returns to Disneyland July 4th.

FYI!!!

We’ve had a lot of questions regarding FastPass+ today, and want to address them.

You may have seen the FastPass+ button show up on MyDisneyExperience today. This is, unfortunately, a glitch. Anytime Disney IT makes a coding change within MDE they have to turn on the FP+ code. We don’t know why but that’s why it keeps popping up. They turn it off when they are done.

Believe us, when FastPasses return, whether in the traditional sense, new capacity, or as Virtual Queues (patents have been filed), we will let you know!
