After four years of exchanging research, stories and much more about Kambo, this probably very long overdue collaboration was better than I could of even expected.

Like with most of my classes and events, the group that comes together is never by accident. And there's always a common thread that everyone's either gone through, is going through or experiences. And this one was no different.⁣

I'm grateful everyone had such a great experience while at the same time, reached some very powerful realizations.⁣

Last year was a rough one for me to witness in the plant medicine community. The Kambo world especially. It seemed like every month allegations of another practitioner would surface of them abusing women and/or the medicines. Was getting to the point it almost seemed like an epidemic the way these posts were taking over my news feed.

Which is why I take training very seriously. And now, it's worth mentioning during it where I've seen people lose their way or fall off the path.

Fresh blends of Rapé or Hapé (a shamanic s***f) -- sent directly from the tribes -- in stock.

3. Jurema
4. Cacao
5. Murici
6. Eucalyptus
7. Tsunu

Pau Pereira and Cumaru are the strongest. They have the most ascending and awakening power.

Jurema helps us with embodying our awareness.

Cacao (Cacau) and Murici are blends for prayers and ceremonies. They are both perfect for meditation.

Eucalyptus Rapé is said to be one of the greatest to help with respiratory system issues, like rhinitis or sinusitis and also helps us breathe better and be more focused on how we are sharing our attention towards ourself. It's a medicine for self-perception and self-improvement.

Tsunu is mild. The best for grounding, relaxing and meditating on. Great for stilling a restless mind.

I really enjoyed serving the Kambo medicine at this Orange County ceremony.

I'm always fascinated by not only how it affects every person differently but also how it'll be a different experience every time for each person.

A question I'm occasionally asked: is it better to do Kambo in groups or by yourself? That all depends because there are benefits to both.

Doing it alone is nice when you want privacy or are nervous about letting go and possibly purging even though with this process it feels natural and there's nothing to be embarrassed about.

But small groups can be great too. If you're new, you can watch the others that go first. And at the end I've always felt a sense of camaraderie between the participants. In the end, you feel like you accomplished something together. Which you did.

As for big groups, I generally recommend avoiding them altogether.

Last night I had the opportunity to undergo a life changing healing ceremony. A Reiki session along with the ability to truly get grounded and clear the mind. Together with my Husband we experienced our mind, body, & soul release anything holding us back from becoming our true best self. It was an intense journey but absolutely worth it. ⁣

Began a one month Dieta with Pachamama People.⁣

The word Dieta literally means “diet” but would more accurately be described as “union.” What one is attempting to do is to literally have the plants take root in their light body and to become an ally or teacher which is why the plants are referred to as “Plantas Maestras.”⁣

"Working with these plants is a very powerful and ancient technology that can purify your energy, body and awaken you to your purpose in this life. Hear your heart’s song again and remember who you are and what you came here to do."⁣

The plant I'll be working with is Pinon Blanco (Jatropha Curcas L.) which is a Master plant that opens connection with the cosmic world, universe and light, and teaches the energies of the plants, and clarity of the medicine. The leaves, resins and bark are medicinal and contain many chemical compounds that can be used to treat a wide range of ailments and diseases including wounds, burns, abscess, fever, headache, coughs, bronchitis, internal hemmorage, tumors, rheumatism and arthritis.⁣

I take a teaspoon of it in mapacho tea every night before bed.⁣
