Our aims are to promote and encourage the use of bikes as an environmentally friendly, healthy and fun means of transport.
We campaign for safe, well designed and convenient cycle routes. We are affiliated to Cyclenation, the Cyclists' Touring Club and Living Streets.

We’ve received £857,000 of additional funding to improve walking and cycling across Hertfordshire in 2024. This puts us in the top 15% of local authorities in the country. It can only be used on active travel schemes though and not general road maintenance.
