I’ve been speculating about when news of 2024 booking would open and perhaps more importantly, what updates might come with that announcement.

The wait is over! 2024 Disney Resort hotel stays and packages will launch on May 31! 🚀

TLDR →→ Here are the big 5 Highlights:

🗓 NO MORE theme park reservations required for date-based tickets starting January 9, 2024! 🎉

🎟 “Good-to-go” days for Annual Passholders coming in 2024

🍽 Fan-favorite DISNEY DINING PLANS ARE BACK starting January 9, 2024!

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway in Disneyland will welcome aboard it’s first official guests tomorrow - but only if they follow these important procedures:

📲 Guests will need to use the Disneyland app to enter the attraction via either a free, virtual queue, or, a paid Lightning Lane selection.

⏰ The virtual queue opens twice a day - at 7am and again at 1pm. For the 7am drop, you can book from anywhere, but you must have a park pass reservation for Disneyland Park that day. For the 1pm virtual queue, you can have either a Disneyland Park, or Disney California Adventure reservation with park hopper admission, but you MUST have scanned into one of the two parks before 1pm.

If this ride is a priority for your group, it would be smart to make your park pass reservation for Disneyland Park so you have two chances at that virtual queue! Note that you can only enter the virtual queue once per day. If you succeed at 7am, you don’t get to double-dip at 1pm.

⚡️ As perviously mentioned, guests can also opt to purchase entry to the ride through the Disneyland app. Note that unlike Walt Disney World, at Disneyland, you can only purchase an Individual Lightning Lane selection once you have entered the parks for the day - but be warned, they will go quickly. Getting in early is a must if you want a crack at it!

Caribbean Beach Resort has recently renovated these new rooms! They are themed Little Mermaid and are adorable! Caribbean Beach acts as the main hub for the Skyliner so it’s a really great moderate hotel resort option with quick access to Hollywood Studios and Epcot!

Free parking at the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels is huge, along with Park pass reservations dropping for some annual passholders and earlier park hopping options at Disneyland. Here’s one more:

My very favorite attraction is Haunted Mansion! It is especially cute when it is the Holiday Haunted Mansion with the Nightmre Before Christmas overlay! It is a must see!
