We take care of sourcing the right properties for your meetings and events. Armed with the details you provide us, we reach out to appropriate properties and provide you with one clear concise proposal to review your options. If the options aren’t acceptable, for whatever

reason, we will reach again to additional destinations … until you are happy with the options. Once you have narrowed your selection we arrange site inspections when appropriate. Once a final decision has been made we negotiate the terms of the contract with the property and present you a final copy. Save Money
As we handle doing the research and narrowing down the options we save you time ... often a lot of time! And as we book over 1500 meetings a year we’re able to secure excellent rates on your behalf. It’s Free
There is no cost for our service. We are compensated by the properties we work with who see the value in partnering with us. We represent all properties and because we are not working for any specific brand - we will always present you with an unbiased opinion.
