Yoga Therapy, Wild A Wilderness Expedition can last from ½ day to five days.

Individual, Couples, Family Therapy, and Parent Support:
I have found that working from a Family System's perspective is important in that together, we can take a look not just at one person's patterns and behaviors, but really understand the history, the interconnectedness, and the impact the family has on each other. What I have witnessed over the years is that changes that an individual makes

have a higher likelihood of being maintained over time when the individual has the support of their family. Wilderness Expeditions:
If being outside restores a sense of wholeness within you, you may want to consider a wilderness expedition. I have spent the last several years creating, implementing, and leading programs that bring families into the wild. I always ask what your goals are and build the experience from there. Previous families have set out to learn to communicate more effectively with each other, to process difficult topics, and to restore family values. There are a variety of activities to choose from including hiking, back packing, fly fishing, canoeing, and white water rafting. Yoga Therapy:
Yoga is therapeutic in nature. Yoga Therapy is an integrated practice that involves working on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. As I have learned from my teachers and through my personal practice and teaching, yoga therapy is about recognizing, acknowledging, and befriending the truth of your experience.

Light Quest Counseling has moved to a secure platform: ZOOM, in order to reach current clients and people feeling stress in response to the impact of COVID 19. My hope is to reach front line health care providers (Thank you for ALL you are doing!) in Colorado and Utah. I continue to work as a psychotherapist, parent coach, and yoga therapist. Sending well wishes to everyone as we navigate this together.
