KyotoEye Michikusa 伏見編です。アルコールコーディネーターの蔵貫さんが案内してくれました。Part3ではいよいよ本丸、伏見のいろいろな酒蔵の酒を試飲し、特別な酒を購入しました。伏見のソールフード”酒粕”が入ったラーメンも絶品でした。
In Fushimi, Mr. Kuranuki (alcohol coordinator) introduced many things here. In part 3 as the major subject we enjoyed tasting of sake from different breweries and visiting Sake shop for getting original sake bottle along Ryoma street in Fushimi. Since sake lees are the soul-food of Fushimi, we had delicious ramen with the soup of sake lees.

KyotoEye Michikusa 今回は、着物問屋坂井芳さんより、着物と日本文学の研究をされているLucileさんをゲストに迎え、秋の七草と着物柄について、お話しています。Part2は、着物や帯の柄に如何に秋草などが反映されているか、坂井芳さんの商品からご紹介させていただいております。
This video was taken in Kimono wholesaler "SakaiYoshi". I had a guest, Lucile, who is the university lecturer and researcher of Kimono and Japanese literature. We talked about 7 autumnal flowers and Kimono patterns. In part 2 we showed several beautiful Kimono and Obi owned by "Sakai Yoshi" kimono shop and explained how these patterns were reflected by seasonal plants and flowers.

緊急事態宣言前の動画です。開発中の京都シグニチャーカクテルツアーを友人と巡ってきました。
ツアーの最後に、パークホテル京都御池内にあるバー”THE CORNER”のアドバイザーをされているバーテンダーの蔵貫さん（ヌッキー）が、京都名産の老舗の味をベースにシグニチャーカクテルを作ってくれました。友人たちも大満足でした。
The video was taken before the lock-down situation. With my friends we try Kyoto signature cocktail tour which I have developed. At the end of the tour, the bartender, Mr. Kuranuki (Nucky), who is the adviser of the bar called “THE CORNER” in Park hotel Kyoto Oike, he made signature cocktails using Kyoto original ingredients such as soy-sauce, vinegar and Miso products for us.
My friends looked satisfying with the tasting of the ingredients that we had found in the shop we visited.

パークホテル京都御池内にあるバー”THE CORNER”のアドバイザーをされているバーテンダーの蔵貫さんとのコラボです。今回いよいよ京都名産の老舗の味をベースにシグニチャーカクテルを作り、試飲会を催しました様子です。全て美味しかったです。
The video was taken before the lock-down situation. This time is the collaboration with the bartender, Mr. Kuranuki, who is the adviser of the bar called “THE CORNER” in Park hotel Kyoto Oike.　We are planning to make signature cocktails using Kyoto original ingredients such as soy-sauce, vinegar and Miso products. 第5回目は、大好きな錦通-堺町通あたりを前回に続けて、ご案内します。まずは、私の書いた本”京都観香”でも山椒を取材させていただいた佃煮屋の千波さん。そして、高校生の時から家族ぐるみで親しくさせていただいているコンフィズリ”エスパスキンゾー”の西原金蔵シェフのところに、大好きなアイスを求めて行ってまいりました。

Tsukudani (condiments boiled down in sake and soy sauce) shop where I had reported Sansho (Japanese peppers) for my book "Kyoto's world of fragrance". Then I went to see one of the famous patissiers "Kinzo Nihishara" for tasting his new sherbet. I have known him and his wife since I was a high-school student.

I started with the flower shop where I buy flowers quite often then I visited the knife shop that I brought many foreign tourists. The third video is about the most famous SAKURA (cherry blossom) tree (95 year-old) in Maruyama park. I went there to say hello to this tree. Then I did the live streaming for "Club Kyoto Matryoshka" in the restaurant Kiev located in Gion area and during the streaming I interviewed Michiyo (CEO of this restaurant) and we tasted the special sweets with Varenyky.

第二回目は桜シリーズとして、八幡市にある桜の名所”背割堤”からロープウェイに乗り、国宝石清水八幡宮へ。桜の下で花見弁当を食べ、八幡名物”走井餅老舗”の桜餅をいただきました。
The second video is about the famous SAKURA (cherry blossom) spot in Yawata area. We also went up to the shrine (Iwashimizu Hachimangu) by a cable car. After visiting this National-treasure shrine, we enjoyed the lunch box and the local sweets under the fully blooming cherry blossom trees.
