We have Chris Grove of Grove Solar & Electrical Services completing the electrical portion of our duplex renovation. He specializes in solar panels which are very affordable now compared to what they were just a few years ago.

We’re excited to get this duplex renovation finished. Just finished framing and now moving on to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry. The larger one has an awesome master bedroom with a half bathroom. Both will have A/C and upscale kitchens. Property has a large parking lot for off street parking. We’re hoping to have them finished and ready for rent in August 2020. Stay tuned for more updates as we progress through the construction!
