Who we are: We commission anything from cosplay and everyday wear to wigs and props. We also do alterations on any pieces, whether they are originally from our shop or not. The commission process: If you are interested in commissioning, please send us a private message. Include reference pictures, your time frame, and your budget. If it is a sewing commission, you will also need to send either your bust, waist, hips, and height measurements or your height and shirt/pants clothing size. Once we receive the initial information, we will provide a quote of the total cost. The final cost may be different than the quote price depending on what decisions you decide to make during the process. If a decision will raise the final cost, We will notify you before you decide. Payment: We typically require a 50% non-refundable deposit on the quoted price before we will begin working. If the quote is over $300, we may be willing to discuss a smaller deposit. Before we ship your completed commission, 100% of the final cost including shipping and fees will need to be received. We are willing to do payment plans, however, we will not start on your commission until 50% of the quoted cost is received and we will not ship your commission until 100% of the final cost including shipping and fees is received. Please note: There is a two month minimum time frame for simple/regular commissions and a three-four month minimum time frame for more complicated commissions. If you need anything sooner, there will be a rush fee charge that will vary depending on what the piece is and how quickly you need it.
