My favorite comment recently has been, “You did such a good job last time you taught me how to book my own vacation.” Wait, what? 🧐

Let’s use a shopping analogy. ⬇️

I can go in Walmart and shop for groceries myself. But what if you had a friend that offered the same products at the same price (or cheaper) in their local store. The friend uses their training and experience of the product to select the best groceries based on your requests, makes suggestions on things you were purchasing that you probably didn’t really want (because it’s crap), offered extras you may not know about and selected all the items for you and delivered them to you in a nice package.

It required no effort on your part other than telling your friend what kind of groceries you wanted. You didn’t stand in line to pay; you didn’t waste time if you needed to make a return. Your friend took care of all of the details and used their time.

You saved time, money and got an amazing product. Your friend made money on your purchase and it was THE EXACT SAME COST or cheaper for you. You have a better experience AND you support your friend’s small business and their family.

Or you could have just given all your money to Walmart (because I’m sure the corporation cares about you) and wasted all that time and effort. 🤪
