Welcome to the Moon Cabin - a well designed rustic yet romantic homestead on 2 acres in Joshua Tree. The perfect place for a weekend getaway for two.

The house is fully equipped with AC and Heat. Check out our curated collection of books, vinyl, and DVDs. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the porch, read by a cozy fire in the colder months, and recharge surrounded by gorgeous desert views. We are 10 miles to the park entrance, 5 min to the outdoor museum, and a quick drive to the Joshua Tree village. Come unwind!

Hello! Reintroducing ourselves, John and Ashley Wagner and our son Luke. We have been splitting our time between LA and the high desert for nearly a decade when we first purchased . It’s been such a crazy journey seeing how the desert area has changed and how much our lives have changed in that time as well. We look forward to hosting you at one of our curated homes.

We know you can’t imagine anything beyond the sweltering endless summer but we assure you it will be over soon and the brrrr 🥶 of the -ber months are right around the corner. We’re already looking ahead to the crackle of the wood burning fireplaces and getting cozy with hot cocoa.
