Not ok. I ordered and paid out Thanksgiving dinner 3 weeks in advance, when I picked it up, they didn’t have my order, they ran out of baked turkey breast, they only had smoked turkey left, we don’t like it at all, no one at home likes it. But we had no choice but to take it. Otherwise we’d have no dinner. Very disappointed, first time this happens, but not ok.
This was such a wonderful and tasty meal! Wow! We were all blown away by the ease, quality..all around great for each dish…and a delicious, moist turkey with leftovers for soups, sandwiches and frozen for dinners later on! Great value for the $$ 🦃👍🏻👏🏻🥰💗
We purchased a bone in quarter ham on 11/22 at the Boise store. This is what it looked like. Black with almost no glaze. Won't buy a ham there again.
Awful customer service today 11/22/2023 at Honeybaked of Ranch Mirage. The husband went to pick up our preorder and PAID for turkey breasts at his assigned time. After waiting in a very long line, he was told that they had run out of turkey breasts and he would have to come back later once they cooked more. For one thing, they don't cook them there. They get shipments already cooked. So everyone was lied to. The Manager needs to be fired!!! He knew how many orders were being picked up and already paid for. VERY poor service. We won't be going back. My husband did wait an hour in the store to get the 2 turkey breasts, but they didn't just come out of the oven! They were cold. I don't know why people have to lie.
The Honey Baked Ham Company in Round Rock Texas does not offer a 10% discount to veterans. They state only certain locations offer the discount.
Yeah so I just picked up my $75 honey backed turkey dinner order that I prepaid for weeks ago. "We are sorry, we don't have stuffing." WHAT???? "Well what can you do for me?" "Well, we have someone driving over here from another store if you want to wait.: - IF I WANT TO WAIT? No, what other options do I have? "Well, you can substitute the stuffing for something else." WOW. What crappy customer service. NEVER AGAIN. I had to go to the Fresh Market up the street and buy their $15 stuffing to go with my Turkey and BAKED BEANS.
I sent in a complaint about the packaging of my ham - when can I expect a reply - it is still wrapped as received - with parts of the foil around it open and exposing the ham - the plastic bag was still around it but full of air so I have worried about it drying out ???????
Literally the worst and most chaotic experience preordering anything ever. The employees at the store displayed a level of ineptitude and lack of customer service that I have ever witnessed. There was also no store manager to speak to. I will never order from honey baked hams again. 0/10
I have gone to your website several times to order food for the holidays, but it has been so hard to order that I am just skipping it. I was trying to order pick up from your store in Alderwood, Washington
I'm a single elderly person. Your Thanksgiving meals though yummy looking are all for families. Do you have any smaller meal types for a single person?

I went here today for the first time for lunch and it was amazing and the counter person was so nice and pleasant. Thank you ladies the cashier and person that prepared my lunch 😘
