Jamie Izawa, CEO of Guideman Group, attended an interesting meeting in the brand new Rome Free Lounge headquarters on June 28th. Set in the very centre of Rome, in Piazza dell’Ara Coeli, this facility will be very convenient for tourists, being located just a few minutes walking from Venice Square.
The meeting was organized by Rome Free Lounge together with the ADA of the Region of Lazio (the Association of Hotel Managers).
Rome Free Lounge offers tourists a free of charge relaxation area, with sofas, vending machines and free wi-fi in the very centre of Rome - not far from Venice Square and the Colosseum. Visitors will be able to enjoy a high number of services, some of which were previously very difficult to find in Rome. They can enter the location and book or receive information about guided tours, tickets for sightseeing buses, museums and transfers to the airport. Staff will also be there to provide general information on the city of Rome and its services. But that’s not it. Tourists will be able to chill out of Rome Free Lounge’s sofas, charge their devices, connect to the wi-fi and store their luggage: everything for free.
Many tourists struggle to find a place to store their luggage in Rome.
Most of the times, tourists need to leave their hotel room in the morning, but their return flight is schedule for the evening. Going to Rome Free Lounge they can store their luggage and enjoy some extra few hours in the city, maximising their holiday time!
Rome Free Lounge is a 250 sq mt wide relaxation area, with sofas and a nice room for families with kids. It’s the ideal location to take a break during long walks in the city, refresh in the hot season or take shelter from rain and wait for the sun to be out again.
We’d like to take this chance to thank the President of ADA Lazio, Manuel Libertucci, and the manager of Rome Free Lounge, Paolo Calabrò, for such a pleasant and successful event. The meeting helped us shed some light on interesting recent developments taking place in the tourism sector in Rome - especially the countless services developed by Rome Free Lounge for the thousands of tourists visiting Rome every day.
Rome Free Lounge offers a wide range of different services like luggage deposit, guided tours, free wifi, break-room and many others services.
