i went to the stove to dish out breakfast including ackee and saltfish and our lovely lady said to me:

“ You should tell your ackee lady not to mix your ackee, because some hard and some soft.”

“ Well how is she going to tell which is which?”

“ They come in the shell, you know.”

“ Yes but she buys bulk so how is she going to know which ones come from the same tree?”

“ Oh! You have a point,” she said. “ I didn’t think about that.”

I’m sharing this because in conversation sometimes you think you’re starting from the same page and some things are self evident, when you’re not.

I try not to be dogmatic. Before I agree to something I have to make sure so that no one misunderstands and later comes back and says, “ But you said,” which can happen so easily and have negative consequences.

On this weekend that billions are treating as sacred, my prayer is that we will consider every day sacred, a sacred opportunity to be in rhythm with our planet, observing and unfolding just like she does.

I know this is possible because I lived it growing up. My Grandma Ida picked what was available on our land and turned it into a simple, sumptuous meal, full of seasoned vegetables and literal “ whole foods” whose packaging was skin. When it rained we stayed inside. If you arrived 15 minutes late, who was counting? There was a languidness and flow that is still my rhythm.

I appreciate that we could not halt “progress” and remain at that stage, but what if we had gotten closer to the land, found ways to work with it rather than casually eviscerate it? Surely we’d be at a different place today. And God knows I yearn to be at a different place though I’m happy to be here serving my purpose - loving YOU!

Happiest day beloved world! God bless you. I love you. I feel so happy this moment that I brought you into my reverence time to share.

I’ve been watching the progression of the sun in hopes that it’s still fully visible when we have family coming this weekend. It made a big loop this morning from where it rose yesterday and I could barely see it. But anticipating the sun is a good “problem” to have.

So you know how absence makes the heart grow fonder? At the thought that I soon won’t be anle to see it’s fullness I began pouring out appreciation to the Sun as a representative of the Creator of all Life. Imagine that Force.

Then I read, “May you be enfolded in the Sun Presence until like a Mighty Sun you draw all you contact up into that perfection also.”

Wow!! So we could just go around beaming out light, recognizing God in every face? What a Life!

If I tell you about the hierarchies of life that I’m learning exist, it would blow your mind. From the human ego me inside, connected to the Divine me that is connected to deeper levels of connsciousness and power beyond the Oort Cloud I wrote about last week.

And each level loves us and is calling to us to look deeper so we can wake up from our destructive trance.

Wow!! When I follow it there I am building rainbows with you, not a care in the world because there is no care in this world.

Ecstasy. I feel it and if one can, all can. That’s the Law of Life. WHO wouldn’t want to hold this vision and help liberate us?

Don’t say I never did anything for you! Because I’m telling you now - hurry up and turn on Nextflix and watch Shirley, the life of the Hon Shirley Chisholm, the Black congresswoman who ran for President of the US 1972.

It brings back so many memories - chenille bedspreads - but most of all it gives us an example of indomitable will, honor, compassion, determination.

Have we lost those things while we’re mainly sitting around eating bons watching the downward slide and doing nothing to help reverse it? Speaking for myself.

We have so many more resources now but so little fire in the belly to do what needs to be done. Watch the movie please. You’ll be inspired. One Love

Happiest day beloved world! Bless you! Soo grateful for the ever-increasing flow of love into my life. I send it out as soon as I get it. I hope you feel it.

In the space of two days, Th and Fri, I got two of the highest levels of accomplishment. While I write prolifically about our experiences, perspectives and recommendations, it is a far greater thing to have your peers magnifying your voice.

Soo grateful to investigative reporter Heidi Cuda on X and former Park Service Director Donald Murphy, who also served several terms on the board of the National Parks Conservation Association ahead of me for the interviews with me that’s their podcast.

In my meditative state this morning I realize that’s the only place I desired to be - in a meditative state - and my Higher Self said,

“Welcome home. I have been with you always from the beginning of time. You are safe. You are supplied. You are whole in Me.”

Wow!! So that is my testimony today. TYG!

And as you will see from the picture below our beloved lady is here and brought calaloo fresh from the market; escallion, pumpkin, chocho for soup and a breadfruit to roast. I don’t know if the season can ever be over (?) but she says there are very few breadfruit in the market and none being roasted over coal stove.

In all things we give thsnks at all times. Praying sufficiency for EVERY ONE! One Love!

Happiest day, beloved world! Bless you! Loving you beyond Earth’s boundaries and into the stratosphere. So glad to have you to pour out all the love upon as I couldn’t contain it.

Still in a daze from last night - it was so simply delightful. One girlfriend I met in high school and her family picked me up at the home of our mutual friend and schoolmate also named Audrey. We’ve known each other since we were babies and a 40-year gap in communication while I lived in US has not frayed our relationship.

To make things better Audrey is longtime friends with the star of the show “Teet an Tongue” Oliver Samuels, a Jamaican icon. So we got to not just meet him casually but actually to spend a little time with him and his family at the Historic Little Theatre.

We also met beautiful Dionne Silvera, his award-winning co-star who played his ‘fiancee’ of 38 years!!!! So wonderful!

On top of that I had BIG THINGS to accomplish today and I woke up and spent an hour in meditation and adoration in the sun and then got them off lickety split. To God be the glory!! so incredibly grateful. One Love, beloved world! Only joy to you!

I was sleepy this morning as a result of watching “Below Deck Sailing” for much of last night. But I have a sacred comittment to the Sun - if You are going to do THAT, then the very least I can do is pay respect and recognize. So I jumped right up.

Today thanked the Sun and the Power behind it for keeping the Earth in orbit and allowing her to rotate a full 360 degrees on her axis since she rose yesterday at this same spot, while also revolving around the Sun. Wow!! So much Power and Intelligence supporting us, providing for us.

We’re so blessed beloved world! I hope I succeeded in conveying it to you. One Love!

I was coming back to Presence and apologizing for spending much of the day watching the new season of “Below Deck” which I love.

Then my I AM Presence said, “ Yes, and you could have been sending out Our love to the world.” I felt briefly chagrined but It continued:

“ It’s OK! we got this, because long ago you asked Us to flow rheough you continuously. With every breath you take in and release you are spreading Our Love.”

Ohhh!! Involuntarily blessing. So grateful
