LIT MC/Lit SC did a can drive to go along with our "Annual Turkey Give-Away" and We wld like to thank W.O.S who gave ALOT of cans and took it a step further and matched our Turkey Givings!
We were able to not only give all of our donations to our community food pantry but both clubs were able to stay n help the pantry with all their needs for the day👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾......

It’s gonna hurt some feelings but they say the truth hurts….

What if your Prez gave up today? What if your VP said I am done? What if your Secretary said I ain't posting no more Events...What if the ones who Always go get tired of going....🛑. Would your Club survive based off your actions? If a link is removed from your clubs chain would the remaining links have what it takes to refine the club and keep it going? There are too many on the boat but not willing to be the Captain. You got Presidents who are Tired of being President but nobody wants to step up and give them a break!! People see that President patch and think that's a honor ... Mannn y'all have not a clue the work... The calls... Making sure every member is good and the private conversations. And the moment a member leaves the club they Dog the President....🤷🏾‍♂️ who done whentvabove and beyond for them... but those stories never get told. Some are not even willing to help paddle. At some point you gotta be tired of riding Coach and Elevate and Step up and be willing to Lead if necessary. No member carries more entitlement than the next but each member has to be willing to step up in order to sustain longevity. Ask yourself am I Invested in my Club or am I just Vested. See we yell Quality over Quantity but what if the Quantity lacks Quality....we fail to give our best and constantly put the burdens on a few while some of us just enjoy the ride and benefits. Do you know that Financially doing club stuff every weekend can cost you $300 + extra a month on the ones who always go. Do you know if you take your little bit and combine with my little bit eventually we will have ALOT . But it takes effort .. it takes time...and it takes you being Invested in Seeing your Club or Organization Succeed. We make time for what has our hearts and desires. Don't fall victim to members saying they busy they can't for the club but can for everything else they wanna do.!!!!The saying is if it ain't in your heart don't put it on your back........Self Inspection and Introspection is required. Look at you and what you are doing before you speak on or call out others. The club requires YOU to do your Part.... It should not just fall on the shoulders of a few.... Help Carry the Club don't become a Burden to the Club .
