About

We are a team of different artistic and creative backgrounds. Some of us look at the business side of creative work. Some of us combine Art with Science, and Tech, or performing arts, in their practices; and others do things with computers and design. We are all aficionados of art, artists, and/ or creatives.

With CyArtHub we are establishing a non-profit online network that will CONNECT creatives and organisers across Cyprus and beyond. CyArt Hub is an all-encompassing site that can be used as a networking platform, and, a forum for artistic dialogues; as an informational space to find out about events (exhibitions, workshops, etc.) and global opportunities (funding calls, residencies, jobs), published by CyArtHubbers and more; as a space to REVEAL members’ work aiming at the enhanced visibility of the island’s rich creative community, and to DEVELOP potential collaborations. As well as this, CyArtHub can be used as a resource tool to learn about professional codes of conduct for creatives (eg. fair pay policies, IP) with EU laws, making this knowledge transparent and understandable, offering downloadable templates (contracts, etc.), and direct information about where to receive professional advice.

We aim to link all the island’s artistic and creative unions together, organisations, and individual makers. CyArtHub’s vision is to provide a space that harnesses support between the community, and creative collaboration amongst the arts.
