🛑 FORMENTOR RESTRICTIONS 🛑

From today June 1st until September 30th, the restrictions on the road to the Formentor lighthouse are in place.
The road will be closed from 10.00am - 22.30pm to all motor vehicles, except the public bus. This runs every 35 minutes between Alcudia and the lighthouse. We have attached the timetable for your convenience.

L'Epicurien - originally on Carrer de les Monges, has now relocated to a new spot on Carrer de Pele Meliá and is renamed Deli Formentor by L'Epicurien.
It is going to be a deli, cafe & takeaway and they are hoping to open over this weekend.
Hopefully the weather will be a little better for their opening day as it is looking great.

Here are a few pics of the newly reopened shop next to Corb Mari. I think there is still a bit of work to be done, but they were open for business today.
And can I say, we were very impressed with the inventive use of plastic crates in their decor. Reuse, reduce, recycle ♻️👏

With so many people now choosing vegetarian options for lifestyle reasons as well as ethical ones, it has been a real surprise to see newly opened restaurants offering so few choices for vegetarian visitors.

One restaurant that gets this absolutely right however, is Bocchoris arran de mar on the sea front. It's so refreshing to see a menu like theirs, where carnivores and vegetarians can mingle harmoniously, knowing that they are both going to be so well catered for!

More menus like this please!

NEW RESTAURANT - IDILICO

Walking home tonight we happened upon this restaurants first night, so we took a few snaps.
It's a lovely, bright space in a perfect setting on Pine Walk and I'm sure will do well.

Second hand market. Saturday 23rd March 👏

🐈♻️ SECOND HAND MARKET ♻️🐈

There is lots going on in Miquel Capllonch square this Saturday 23rd March, celebrating our community and local produce.

We are lucky enough to have been allocated a stall at the second-hand market taking place between 10.00 - 15.00.

We will be selling pre-loved clothes, jewellery, and homeware in keeping with the overall theme of recycling, with every penny going towards helping the cats.

We will also be taking donations of food on the day and will have our donation pot ready and waiting for you generous folk 💰

Come along and say hi and see what we and the other residents of Pollença have on offer 👌😺❤️

Al planell podeu veure el canvi de sentit i les vies d'accés per arribar-hi.
