Turn on HD! As you can see, there is a construction trailer near Skyrider, a parked truck, Splash Works expansion is on it's way, Winter Fest storage has been added and a Splash Works building for breaks and such is being built behind Pizza Pizza. My assumption is we won't see much work on Skyriders plot of land till after the Splash Works expansion is done as they're probably using the same company.
