Created by Drone Pilots, for Drone Pilots, the Remote Controlled Drone Pilots Association (RCDPA) aims to protect the rights of safe pilots through the promotion of safe and legal flying. We believe that drones, when flown responsibly, have a broad range of positive recreational and professional applications. We recognise, however, that the privileges we currently enjoy as a community of pilots ca

n be put at risk by the small number of users who remain unaware of current regulations or choose to ignore them. Our goal is to demonstrate, through our numbers and our behaviour, that education and accountability, rather than the introduction of strict regulations, is the best way to encourage safe flying.
