Today I got to assist the "R" family with some tickets for their upcoming trip to Florida in December. They are planning to visit Disney for a day to see the holiday decorations as well as Universal.
We got them park to park Universal tickets so that they could ride the popular Hogwarts Express which runs between Hogsmeade Station in Islands of Adventure and King's Cross Station in Universal Studios.
Tickets for the theme parks as well as places like SeaWorld or Discovery Cove are something I am happy to assist with even if you are planning on staying offsite!

The “R” family found themselves needing an extra night in Orlando when their plans were moved around due to Hurricane Milton. Since they already had tickets to both Disney & Universal, they were interested in finding somewhere to stay that was near both.
After some research we found them a night stay at Loews Royal Pacific Resort where they utilized their 2 days of FREE unlimited express passes that came with their room. This actually saved them money, as it came out to be cheaper than the one day of express passes they planned to buy.

The “M” family is going to be spending a portion of their winter break in Disney! 🏰
Since they are focusing just on Magic Kingdom this trip we picked a resort that was close in proximity! The Contemporary Resort is on the monorail line and makes getting to Magic Kingdom a breeze. There is also a walking path between the two. They are going to have the best time!

Taking advantage of a Bounceback offer is one way to treat the Disney blues. The Bounceback offer allows guests who just finished their Walt Disney Resort vacation to book their next vacation at a discounted rate. The Mom/Daughter Duo of the "S" Family is headed to Disney in the Spring. They are staying at my favorite resort Port Orleans French Quarter. Besides the beautiful landscape, this is resort is home to arguably the best snack on Disney property, the beignets. They are freshly made every single day! 🍩

💧 Did you know that pool hopping isn't allowed on the Disney resorts? You are only allowed to use the pool at the resort you are staying. Port Orleans French Quarter has an exception to this rule! Guests who stay at Port Orleans French Quarter are also allowed to use the pool at the "sister" resort, Port Orleans Riverside. Therefore you will have ample pool options throughout your stay.

💦 One perk of booking a 2025 Disney Vacation Package is the waterpark comes free on your check in day! That means with an early arrival, you potentially can spend ALL day in the waterpark...for FREE! One common question I get is “what do you suggest for airport transportation?”

Disney used to have a complimentary service called the Magical Express. This service was driven by Mears and took you to and from the airport. When this service ended, Mears continued to run their fleet, but with a service charge. More recently Mears combined with another transportation company rebranding to Mears Connect Driven by Sunshine.

For those families who don’t want to deal with the hassle of bringing car seats, this is an affordable option getting to and from the airports! ✈️🚍

The “B” family has officially booked their first family Disney trip for May of 2025. 🙌🏻 We chose Disney’s Pop Century Resort for the spectacular feature of having the Skyliner to get to and from Epcot & Hollywood Studios. That means no bus lines AND you don’t have to collapse your stroller. Meaning the Skyliner can fit the stroller and up to 10 guests! This is a huge perk, especially when the littles are sound asleep after a long park day.

The "R" family snagged not one but 2 rooms at Disney's Art of Animation resort for next February. The biggest draw to this resort to them was the Skyliner to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. In addition, we chose the quick service dining plan for the entire family so that they do not have to worry about the costs of dining once they are on property. Did you know the quick service dining plan includes 2 quick service meals and 1 snack or non alcoholic drink per night of stay as well as a resort refillable mug per person? Theres plenty of quick service options to chose from in all of the parks and resorts. Mr. R stressed to me they love coming back to the resort for a swim before bed, and Art of Animations Big Blue Pool is perfect to close out those long park days. The old fast pass system is back… well sort of! Read below.

Disney announced today that starting July 24th they are simplifying their (formerly Genie+) Lightening Lane system.

Disney resort guests will be able to pre purchase multi and single pass experiences up to 7 days before their trip (and it covers your entire trip, up to 14 days). Resort guests will be able to make 3 pre arrival selections per day for multi pass and up to 2 selections per day for the single pass.

Offsite guests will be able to pre purchase multi and single pass experiences up to 3 days before their trip. Guests will be able to make 3 pre arrival selections per day for multi pass and up to 2 selections per day for the single pass.
