Madness Most Discreet Theatre Debut: The R+J Project: Romeo and Juliet Reimagined. The world's most classic love story as you've never seen it before, touring to a theatre near you!

Madness Most Discreet Theatre was born from four actors' experience with Original Practice Shakespearean Performance. MMD’s play on the Original Practice style is a performance where four actors prepare a large amount of text, and with a small amount of rehearsal leave the show in the audience’s hands, allowing the spectators to decide which actor will play what role. This “trial by fire” attitude

in performance requires precision and specificity from its actors, but fosters incredible moments of discovery as well. This spring, Madness Most Discreet will present, ““The R&J Project: Romeo and Juliet Reimagined” Shakespeare’s most famous star-crossed lovers like you’ve never seen them before. This project promises moments of romance, lust, loss, and forgiveness, and that just begins to crack the surface of what is possible when we put YOU in control.
