There is no words that can describe the appreciation of the constant support we receive from those who learned about our movement in the past year to those who have known about our passions and aspirations since we’ve met when it comes to our community. All of you took time out of your busy daily lives to come support our dreams and there is nothing we can say to show how eternally grateful we are. Calavo Park will serve as the community All Wheel Skatepark for Spring Valley and all surrounding areas. It will be a safe skate space where SD Skateboard Culture will thrive and impact the world. Drawing inspiration from the Famous Skateboard Heaven over 45 years ago. This park is Spring Valley’s future! Come be a part of the moment we break ground!!!!

We are still waiting on Spring Valley to start the process of getting this park built sorry for any delays but that’s just how these skate park projects go. The skate park in Ocean Beach took 10 years from the start of advocating to the opening of the park. Please contact San Diego Parks and Rec to help push this project.
