I did a thing… I moved to Florida!!! ☀️

Over a year ago I was walking to a dentist appointment in Grand Central Station (there’s actually a building above it) and I was verbally attacked by an aggressive crackhead threatening to punch me in the face. To get away, I ran into oncoming traffic, and I was almost hit by a car. At that very moment I said I can’t live like this anymore, and I knew I needed to get out of NYC. It was not an easy road getting here, BUT I’m finally here, and I can FINALLY breathe again. For the first time since the pandemic began, I feel safe. For the first time in 2 years, I don’t have anxiety leaving my apartment. For the first time in a very long time I feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be, and I feel like myself. I’m finally happy again!

For those of you at a crossroads and you’re not sure what to do, pay attention to yourself. Don’t listen to anything anyone else has to say. Listen to what your soul saying and follow those instincts. No matter how difficult the road may be, everything will work out in the end.

Such an incredible memory... Three years ago today was the first Travel Souly trip! There was only 1 woman on that trip, and I remember thinking to myself, “Is this really going to work?” Today I have 4 trips with a total of 23 women booked.
