Do you know the difference between a passport book and a passport card? The U.S. passport book is the only document approved for international AIR travel. The passport card costs less, but can only be used at U.S. land and sea border crossings. Both can be used as a Real ID for domestic travel. You can apply for a passport book and card on the same passport application. Learn more at travel.state.gov/passport

This is Bob. He just returned from his trip to Scotland that I booked for him. Be like Bob.

"Hi Coleen, The Trip was Fabulous!! Galvin, the Tour Director on this Trip..He was Fantastic !! Everything was so Smooth, He was Entertaining, So Knowledgeable of the History of Scotland, and detailed , I could listen to him for weeks. Hotels were very nice, the beds, the food, the staff at every Hotel was so Professional and Nice..The History was just, to me, was Great..The Bus Driver Stuart, was the Best...and my fellow Travelers were so Much Fun !! Next stop The Southern part of Ireland !!

Take heed. Learn from others' mistakes.

Hindsight is 20/20, and we probably all have learned some things the hard way while traveling internationally... to put on more sunscreen, to skip the ‘vacation tattoo’ that seemed like a ‘fun idea’ at the time, to NOT eat that room temperature roadside ceviche... share (in the comments) your biggest international travel fail so that fellow travelers can avoid the same mistakes!
