If you're thinking about joining our Vets for Wildlife program, this review is worth a read:
"Make no mistake. This is a once in a lifetime adventure. The trip is slanted toward veterinarians and upon the biology of the animals and upon the science of the conservation efforts protecting them, but it was also heavily slanted toward the photographing these same animals in the wild. You need not be a veterinarian to totally enjoy and appreciate this experience. I took thousands of breath-taking photographs and hours of fabulous video footage documenting our time in Namibia with Nick.

I can only highly recommend this experience to you. I think any trip with Dr Nick Buys and Namibia Vet Safaris or Nature Travel Namibia Safaris will provide you with a lifetime of unmatchable memories. I cannot wait to return to Namibia for my next adventure with Dr Nick. Do not hesitate for one second to sign on for this trip. You will not be sorry and you will thank me for commending it to you. Book it today!"

Our latest veterinary program in Namibia took us to some of the top wildlife sanctuaries, where we got the chance to work with Rae Safaris. What a great experience! It's always a pleasure to share our passion for conservation efforts with likeminded organizations.

On our Vets for Wildlife program, we focus on different aspects of conservation, research, rescue and rehabilitation of animals.
To witness this in practice, our students visit some of the leading reserves and organizations in Namibia like Okonjima and Africat.

Our video clip shows Lions at Okonjima that were rescued as cubs and are now educational and conservation ambassadors.

Join our Vets for Wildlife program in July 2024 to learn more about these wonderful initiatives and the practical work behind the scenes.
