found 10-15cm of new snow at the top of the rock hard windslab/ ice layer, with active collapsing of hollow wind slabs beneath the new snow. Had active fractures on south east ,west aspects above treeline, and small sluffing of new snow. that new snow will have a hard time bonding to that windslab layer. Today's heavy and rapid new snow load on this weak base is not going to hold up well at all Gusty and variable winds may load all aspects, and the warm, wet snow will readily form thick slabs. Imop conditions are considerable to high play safe please!
