As foodies, and Vermonters, we are often amazed at how difficult it is to find what we are looking for in the Northeast Kingdom. We know there are amazing restaurants here - we've been to many. But, when we would try to find hours, or events, or when we were looking for a place that served a certain type of food - it was almost impossible to find what we were looking for. Often, we would find a pl
ace, only to call and learn they had closed! Our corner of Vermont, the Northeast Kingdom, is sadly underrepresented on the food front. Part of that is because technology came late to the area, and keeping up with new tech is not a regional strong suite. But we want to change that. Our goal is to bring these restaurants to the people all in one place. We want locals and travelers alike to enjoy all the Kingdom has to offer, while helping out our communities by getting their businesses seen. After years of marketing and doing web work for larger companies, we want to help those closer to us - and we can do this by sharing something integral to everyone....

Today is the day! We did our practice run, cooking for the Kingdom Kind, Vermont Kind and NEK H**p crew last night (the family 💙) and today we are ready to cook for our happy customers 😊 come on down to Good Mood Food for our opening today at 4:20! We will be open 11:30-7 through the rest of the weekend, including Monday.

After careful consideration and evaluation of our diner's operations, we have made the decision to discontinue our dinner service temporarily. We will be focusing exclusively on serving breakfast and lunch during our revised operating hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM 7 days a week effective Thursday.
By concentrating our efforts on breakfast and lunch, with the challenges posed by things like rising food cost, utilities, taxes, and labor challenges, we can dedicate our attention to delivering exceptional dining experiences during these hours, while also mitigating the strain of extended operating hours on our resources.
We understand that this change may impact some of our patrons' dining routines, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we believe that this adjustment will allow us to maintain the highest standards of service and excellence that our customers have come to expect from us.
We greatly appreciate your continued support and patronage throughout this transition period. Rest assured, our commitment to providing delicious food, warm hospitality, and memorable experiences remains unwavering and we hope to open soon again for some dinners!

Merry Christmas!
Last night we checked out the Highland Lodge happy meal, and mac and cheese with cocktails. It was beautiful night to enjoy the fantastic view of the lake.
Band is just warming up. Come check out The Dirty Look Band at Sweet Harmony on till 1 a.m.
Grand Ole Opry jam day happening right now at Sweet Harmony. Dance floor is seeing lots of action. Food is circulating, and the bar is open. Come join us.
Trying out an early show at Highland Center for the Arts Greensboro VT and the Hardwick Street Café. Opening night for a Midsummer's Night Dream is on Friday. Grab dinner at the cafe, serving baked treats and specials, beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. Then enjoy the show. Through act 1 and it is great -there's even some acrobatics involved 😀
