Had a few messages from people lately about upcoming gigs so just giving a short update. No gigs are being booked at the moment so I can focus on my own bands album release and basically just get all that done and chucked about the place! Already itching to put gigs on but for now I wait ^_^ .

Happy Halloween everyone!

Tonight we take our annual party to Shadow Sound for a night of awesome bands! We have Scattered Sins, Part-Time Heroes, Audiodriver and FYM. Doors are at 7pm and its a fiver entry, all proceeds go to Macmillan Cancer Support.
This is a BYOB gig but no glass can be brought into the venue!

Tonight we kick off our Halloween weekend in Ivory Blacks with performances from Monkey Puzzle, Seel, Mantis Toboggan and The Danger Chokes. Doors are at 7pm and its a fiver entry. All proceeds go to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Also, we are all dressing up so that's advised but optional ;)

Halloween is coming together very nicely with just a couple of confirmations left to go. Dont miss out this year! We kick off the weekend with Halloween Eve on the Friday in Ivory Blacks and Halloween night in Shadow Sound. Each gig is a fiver entry and all proceeds of these shows goes to Macmillan cancer support. Both gigs are 18+.
Also got some slots free on October 23rd and November 19th in Ivory Blacks if any Glasgow bands are interested in playing.

So i havent really had the chance to post about Fridays Catty gig yet so apologies for that. I was blown away by Friday night and the work put in by everyone involved. The venue staff, security etc were awesome and so good to us. Overall we brought in around 150 people which is insane for a 4 band local line up in my experience so well done, you all heavy deserve some kudos. All the bands played awesome and the crowd were mental! Next for Toxic Rock will be our 2 day Halloween weekend on October 30th + 31st with more details to follow.
On a more personal note, due to my new job, training, new band and attempting to move out there will be no gigs until then. I am hoping more gigs will follow after Halloween but we shall see closer the time.

Thanks to all the bands, fans and guys at the Catty for Friday. It was immense!

Tonight is the night! Our first ever Cathouse gig! With FYM, Lets Play God, Seel and MUKA. Doors are at 7pm and its £6 entry. Tickets and stubs from the door will get you into Catty after for half price but these are now in short supply so get in there first! This is an excellent line up not to be missed. First band is on at 7.20 so if youre coming, please come and support all bands!

Had a studio sesh with Seel from 3-6 ... its now 8.25 and we are still in the studio drinking. I love my band. I love Shadow Sound. Unrelated to Toxic? Perhaps... enjoy yer weekend ;)
