This sh*t really works! 🌴 I remember exactly when I decided to reject winter. I was in the Philippines at Christmas time. Malls were decorated with enormous Christmas trees. Mariah Carey was playing. And I was sweating in shorts and a tank top. 😅⁣

If we don’t need winter weather, what else are we putting up with unnecessarily? And how quickly can we drop it? ❌⁣

The next dominoes that fell for me…jobs, “friendships” that required me to be the de-facto therapist, cooking. I don’t do them anymore. Now I just float. On land and sea. 💗
