6 Nights/7 days to explore the best of Puerto Rico! We’ll spend the first half of the Expedition in a private beachfront villa, just our group! No distractions here, as we all decompress and tune in. No fine print: Our Rincon Retreat Villa is right on one of PR’s premiere surf beaches directly accessible via the home’s private boardwalk right to the sand. The multiple oceanview sundeck

and terraces will be amazing for yoga, meditation, and relaxation time while whale watching or enjoying the sunsets. This retreat is designed to have you connecting and being truly present in your endeavours with time to reflect or journal after experiential activities. We will offer daily yoga, hiking, and meditation/reflection. Free time to enjoy the beach or relax in the shade will be a valuable part of getting the most out of Puerto Rico. We’ll also hold workshop sessions for journalling, functional fitness, yoga pose breakdown, Animal Flow, and manifesting the good you want to bring into your life. While in Rincon, we will explore hike along the cliffs, and splash in the waves. Surf lessons and snorkeling will be available (addition fee for surf lessons. Snorkeling is self guided). A massage therapist will be on-call for an additional fee. On our way back to San Juan, we will enjoy a day in the rain forest with a ziplining and cave excursion! We’ll spend the second half of the week in San Juan where we will stay in a Boutique Hotel in the beach community of Condado. This will allow us to experience the most of this colorful city’s art, music, food and nightlife. We’ll also have a stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) excursion in the calm turquoise lagoon waters. Great dining and dancing will be steps away from our accommodations. A truly immersive Expedition NOT to be missed!
