Lots of work has been taking place on the N&W 534 recently, the coupler carriers have been installed as well as new cut levers. We've also been busy replumbing the air system of the car to be able to pass through air to other cars. Today we put air on the car for the first time in 42 years, no leaks were found and miraculously the conductor valves still work, once the air system is finished we will hook up the original handbrake for the car.
