Let's go snowmobiling!!!

Our trip was on Langjökull, the second-largest icecap in Iceland. We had fantastic weather and plenty of time to play on the snowmobiles. We also visited a man-made ice cave.
It was a day full of adventures.

Fuimos al glaciar de Langjökull y allí nos subimos a las motos de nieve. Langjökull es la segunda capa más grande de Islandia. Nos hizó un tiempo increíblemente bueno y disfrutamos de las motos de nieve a tope.
También, visitamos una cueva de hielo hecha por el hombre, fue impresionante.
Tuvímos el día lleno de aventuras y emociones.

The time has ended, and we have already left Kenya.
It was a whole month of hard work. During the construction of the first school building of Jabez Orphanage, we encountered many challenges, and at the same time, we learned a lot from all those who became a part of our adventure.
The building is still missing a roof and other details, but we will continue working on finishing it, and in two years, we will return to Kenya.
Our day-to-day companions were cultural differences, mentality, extreme climate, and different realities.
During this stay, I have learnt that the most important things we can "give" to the kids are to teach them to open their minds to new possibilities, encourage them to learn, to open their creative thinking, to be eager to educate themselves and to feel proud of who they are. No material things will help them improve their situation; in most cases, it's only a momentous solution.
I am proud of Húni( Húni Húnfjörð ), who is the heart and brain of the project and doesn't give up despite the endless challenges the project is facing.
Proud of Godwin ( Godwin Wangah ), who is the linking bridge between two cultures, a great Caretaker, eager to learn and extremely patient 😊🙏.
I am immensely grateful for every moment I have been involved in this project and thankful to everyone who has been helping to make this project possible to continue.

We are looking for companies and individuals who would like to help by collecting cans & bottles and donating them to us.

The Orphanage Jabez school project was born in 2015. Thanks to the continuous efforts of passionate people, the kids got supported in getting food, housing, fresh water, fencing, and a sewage system during those years. Now, we are aiming to build a school.
Each recycled can or bottle will be an active help to achieve our goal.

We will be delighted to answer all your questions regarding the project or ways of collaboration.
