This will be a sale you won't want to miss, beautiful items to purchase to complete your Christmas shopping as well as useful household needs and home decor.
A few things to note please. This is a bittersweet sale for the family. The home is still occupied by the husband and two young adult children, therefore, we kindly ask that you adhere to any signs we have posted to not enter specific rooms or cabinetry that we may have taped off for their privacy. Having said that, please help us to empty this home so that they may begin a new chapter of their lives. This estate certainly has some beautiful memento's.

Please remember, this is only a small listing of what is available to purchase in this sale.
I would like to take a moment to explain the parking. This home is located on Spencer Hill Road in Corning, it is up off the road therefore adding a layer of planning for parking. There is a small parking lot area just below the house that you will be able to utilize as well as the edge of the road appears to be quite wide if you are able to walk. If you have difficulty walking, we are planning on using the yard area behind the house for added space, this area should be able to accommodate possibly 15 vehicles. Please do not block the driveway. The driveway should only be used for loading and unloading. We will have someone assisting with the parking for as much of the sale as we can. If you are unable to walk any distance, once you come up the driveway, the yard opens up; it was firm as of this writing so we should be fine but we ask that you please follow the instructions of the parking attendant so that no one gets blocked in and we stay away from the septic tank area. If everyone drives carefully, the yard should remain intact.
EDIT - the video's will be in a separate post...The last three ‘pictures’ of this post are video’s of the area. Please be sure to watch them carefully so that you can familiarize yourself with the area. The house is approx.. 2 to 2-1/2 miles up Spencer Hill from Dennison (not far).
Lastly, please bring assistance with furniture purchases if at all possible, as always if you have bags and packaging, it helps as our supply is limited.
