“The great white continent”… Jenny here after ten days sailing with to my 7th and last continent: Antarctica!
When I say Antarctica truly felt like something out of a dream I am not exaggerating! A magical ten days filled with seals, whales, Orcas, icebergs, glaciers and penguins galore! The landscapes were grander and more impressive than pictures can convey and the experience surpassed my expectations. Although getting to Antarctica is a journey, you really have the sense of being somewhere that not many people will go in their lifetimes! AND Seabourn made the journey part of the experience. Sailing on the Pursuit was super comfortable as it is brand new and state of the art. Food, wine and service were 5-star – even at the high seas!
