Recent re roof done for a lovely lady who was quoted a silly price by another company. Stripped all the old roof off and replaced with , sandtoft double romans breathable membrane 2x1 tannalised battens dry ridge dry verge eaves trays and new leadwork to chimney.also new guttering and fall pipes to both sides.

A recent re roof on a pair of houses done for fantastic customers. All the old rosemary’s stripped off and replaced with sandtoft Calderdale edge tiles. Also dry fix ridge , breathable felt,2x1 tantalised laths.

Recent canopy rebuild that was coming away from the house , . Removed all the old Rosemary tiles and replaced with reclaimed welsh slate and reclaimed capped angle ridge tiles ,also new facias gutters and hollow clad soffit.

Two recent reroofs done for great customers ,neighbours who wanted them done at different times and different colour tiles. Both done with tannalised laths breathable membrane and dry fix ridge and new lead to chimneys and one chimney removed making them maintenance free for many years.

Recent re roof done for great customers.
All the old tiles stripped and a chimney knocked down. Replaced with sandtoft calderdales, dry valleys, dry ridge and dry verge and new lead to remaining chimney. Also full replacement facias soffits gutters and fall pipes in black.

A small vertical tiling job for a lovely old guy. Stripped insulated and strengthened. New breathable membrane. Tannalised laths and sandtoft plain tiles. New soffits and Lead cut by hand to original template. 👌
