These two girls were complete strangers, but an idea struck me over a cappuccino one Sunday morning, and voila, our friendship began. Initially, it was tentative – exchanging emails, followed by calls a bit later, and eventually culminating in a face-to-face meeting at a book signing in LA, despite never having seen each other before.

My first impression of this girl was her smile; it always had a way of touching me. I encountered it everywhere, on numerous media platforms, and it spoke volumes to me. I have a profound appreciation for people who can find reasons to laugh or smile despite the ups and downs of life. The idea of traveling together and simultaneously delving deep into the universe of food, cravings, fat, and finding balance in an act of self-love sounded utterly delicious.

When we gather a group of individuals with similar interests but completely unique backgrounds for one of our tours, magic unfolds. Joy sparkles, and memories flow abundantly. That’s how we transformed a simple email exchange into a profound understanding and the creation of magical moments. Thank you to all of you for having traveled with us throughout the last few years, to the ones that are joining us in the future and for simply sharing these wonderful experiences.
