Always walk the new cities you explore. Yes, you can do hop-on-hop-off; yes, you can take UBER, but you will MISS SO MUCH! Bike instead, or Segway, but better just walk.

Here are some PROS of that:
👉 You are at your own pace -> Stop when you want to take a picture, eat when hungry, and move when everyone is stuck in traffic
👉 You are your own guide -> Detour when not sure; cut through the park to enjoy nature; dive into a small, cute alley that caughts your eye and explore
👉 You stay healthy and in shape by burning in advance all those calories you will be consuming later at a big dinner while trying to degustate the entire local cuisine. Not to mention that you increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, burn body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance
👉 You boost your mood and lower stress
👉 You do nature and popular destinations a big favor by keeping it environmentally friendly and less clogged with vehicles.

BUT, before embarking on a such kwest:

West Tennessee has an especially salient musical history, as well as plays a serious role in the Civil Rights Movement of the 50s.

🎶 Beale Street in Memphis emerged as a magnet in the early 20th century for distinguished African American musicians and singers, who fostered the development of the blues; the street remains a widely recognized hub of musical activity. In the 1950s, at the studios of Sun Records in Memphis, Elvis Presley merged blues and country music to create a new musical genre that revolutionized American popular music - rock and roll.

⚖️ The city’s civil rights legacy lives on in many ways, including on Beale Street, at the Stax Museum of American Soul Music and National Civil Rights Museum. In 1954, the national NAACP won the hard fought court battle Brown v. Board of Education. This case ruled that applying the concept of "separate but equal" to public schools was not constitutional. Memphis also holds a sad place in the history of the Civil Rights Movement as the site of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

He gathers fresh ingredients from the garden for the first meal to make a salad dish. With the vivid color of coral and the soothing sounds of waves, the second course transforms the dining room into a fishing expedition. Instead of diving for a fish for you to eat, Le Petit Chef is luring a live lobster, which he then serves with fennel shaves and citrus. In the third dish, Le Petit Chef grills some short ribs, potatoes, and vegetables on the platter to finish it all with a dessert in a snowy landscape.

If a layover ✈️ brings you to the new city dont miss your opportunity to get the most out of it and explore! Main tips here would be:
☝️ Plan in advance by checking the weather, geting your walking guide, bookings ready and charging your phone.
☝️ Store your luggage at the airport or send it via if possible, dont drag it behind you.
☝️ For layovers more than 12 hours, book a room to refresh or nap. Dont exhaust yourself.
☝️ Prepare to walk. A LOT. With that have comfortable shoes.
