Those who like beautiful nature will appreciate Berlin's green parks. We've compiled a list of the most visited Berlin sights!

The Reichstag is one of the best known parliaments in the world. It was built in 1894 for meetings of the German government. This impressibuilding was designed in the neo-Renaissance style. Tourists are eager to get und its dome and walk up the spiral staircase. The roof of the Bundestag offers a great panorama of the city, and you can see the parliament room through the glass ceiling.

The Brandenburg Gate is the only surviving city gate erected in the late 18th century. It’s modeled after the front entrance of the Acropolis in Athens. Located on Pariser Platz, it is one of the most famous sights in Berlin. It is believed that if you walk through the gate and make a wish, it will come true!

The Museum Island is a complex of several world-famous museums, situated in the heart of Berlin. In the Altes Museum you can see a collection of ancient art that includes sculptures, vases, and bas-reliefs. The Neues Museum is dedicated to ancient Egyptian art and houses the bust of Nefertiti dating from 1338 BC. In the Pergamon Museum you will find the magnificent collection of Roman and Greek masterpieces

Another jewel of the Museum Island is the Berlin Cathedral. This Baroque building, at a height of 98 metres high, is the largest evangelical cathedral in Germany. The church was opened to parishioners in 1905. Nowadays it regularly holds organ concerts of classical music.

Berlin's heart is Alexanderplatz. This square is always full of tourists. It is named after the Russian Emperor Alexander I, who visited the German capital in 1805. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops, and the famous World Clock that shows the time in different cities of the world.

Overlooked destination: Liechtenstein

A tiny country between Switzerland and Austria. Alps, rivers, history... Small yet charming. But why visit it?

1. Castles!
There're many ancient castles. We'll recommend some, so you have something to start with. First, the fortification Vaduz Castle, situated above.. well, Vaduz, the capital. The magnificent panorama of the city unfolds before you from there. In essence, you can see the whole of Liechtenstein.

Another iconic medieval building is the Gutenberg Castle, located in the south, a few kilometers from the Swiss border. The castle amazes from afar; it seems very small with the majestic Alpine mountains in the background. Come closer, and you'll be surprised by the size and power of the construction of the XI century.

2. Nature
Of course, it's possible to see the Alps elsewhere, but it's better to estimate the concentration of all the beauty in Liechtenstein. Different types of landscapes managed to squeeze into its territory. The country's north is lowland; in the southeastern part rise the Rhaetian Alps, the west is rich with the fertile land of the Rhine Valley. You can rent a car with our driver to ride around the country and enjoy all the fabulous views.

3. Hiking trails
If in winter people come here to ski, in summer they hike the Alpine panoramic trails. For example, the Prince's Vineyard. Climb to the castle by the path starting on Staedtle Street. 4. Art

🧘 Feel like you're alone in the whole world. Mongolia's population is only 3 million, but it has an area of 1.6 million square kilometers. So, it's the least densely populated country! It will surely make you feel like you are the only person left on Earth. It's possible to drive there for hours seeing nothing but open space. Hike through the mountains or ride a horse across the Mongolian steppe to truly appreciate this feeling.

🌄 Landscape. Since there're no people outside of the capital, the land around it is untouched and ready to take your breath away. Nature-lovers, welcome! 🏃‍♂️ Tips for exploring a new place (when the time is limited!):

1. Do research. That'll allow you not to waste time on googling while already in there. We’re open to our clients’ own itineraries when they book sightseeing trips, so an excursion is personalized and of maximum interest.
2. Talk with locals. There're always great places that you can’t find in any travel guides or blogs. Locals’ recommendations are even more useful when you have very specific inquiries, e.g. if you want to start a street art hunt or eat vegan food. That’s why our drivers are locals who love their city and enjoy sharing its hidden beauties.
3. Get lost. Sometimes it works. You might find interesting places you wouldn’t see otherwise. There’re some disadvantages, though: it’s time consuming, you’ll certainly miss important places, and it can be unsafe.
4. Search for places to eat. Cuisine is an important part of local culture; explore it! Don’t forget to get a local’s advice on what you should try. In case you’re using our service, the car will wait for you right outside of the cafe.

Overlooked destination: Armenia

A small country in the southern Caucasus. Why there instead of the Maldives beaches?

💎 The fact that it’s rarely-visited is a reason itself
Even Armenia’s UNESCO sites aren't crowded, so we can enjoy peacefully. One of the delights of going off the beaten track is that you can truly learn. So, if the Kardashians are the only Armenian thing you know, it's time to go!

🙏 The First Christian country in the world
Ancient religious sites are worth seeing even if you’re not interested in religions. Monasteries are typically built on spectacular locations in the mountains. Just imagine that beauty and the monks singing on the background.
Our favorites:
- The Echmiadzin Cathedral in Vagharshapat (the first Christian one in the world);
- Haghpat Monastery (UNESCO) which is near the Georgian border (convenient if you are crossing it);
- Tatev Monastery (with the world's longest cable car (5.8 km/3.6 mi) above the river Vorotan);
- Monastery of Khor Virapd (it feels like you can almost touch Mt. Ararat there).

🌅 The largest lake in the Caucasus
Lake Sevan is high up in the mountains, so when you sit on the bank it seems like it touches the sky. Chill there and explore the monastic complex Sevanavank located nearby.

💦 Take part in a water fight
Come to Yerevan in July for the annual water festival of Vardavar. It basically turns the entire city into one big game. While ostensibly intended for children, people of all ages gladly participate!

🏂 Get some adrenaline
With the mountainous terrain and suitable climate, it's a great place to paraglide or to enjoy hiking Mt. Aragats, the highest point in Armenia (4,090 m/13,420 feet). In winter, the country is excellent for skiing (e.g. Tsaghkadzor resort).
TIP: it’s convenient to travel with sport equipment, if you book a kiwitaxi transfer with a roof box for it.

Overlooked destination: Cambodia

Oh, this lovely Southeast Asian country!
You may wonder what it has to offer except of the famous Temple of Angkor Wat. I'll tell you!

Why do travelers go there?

🛕 Temples
Yes, I've already mentioned Angkor Wat 😅 But it's a must-see (the one on the Cambodian flag!). And it's not the only one in the complex.
If you want to play Indiana Jones for a while, you should travel to Beng Mealea. The temple isn't preserved, so it has its own, crumbling and neglected beauty.

🙏 Learning about tragic history and locals' resilience
You've probably heard about Pol Pot. Every tourist should see the Killing Fields and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum in Phnom Penh. It's scary but a must-see for us to understand and pay respect to Cambodia's troubled past.

🙌 Small but rich
The country has a pretty small territory which makes it easy to cover. It still has a lot to see though! Many different provinces, each has something to surprise with.

🏘 Cities and their heritage
Phnom Penh, the capital, with its rich history and culture.
Siem Reap. You won't miss it, If you go to Angkor Wat.
Battambang has amazing mountains and almost as many colonial buildings as Phnom Penh.
TIP: While there, don’t miss the bat cave! Go to Sampov Mt. when night settles in to see flying little wonders.

🎨 Art and culture
Don't miss dance shows and visit as many museums as you can (there're plenty). Galleries can be found everywhere in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Battambang, and Kampot.

🙋 People
Having had the dark history and many tragedies, they're still kind and really welcoming (and very interesting)!

⛰️ Nature
I'll just tell you the names, write them down: Phnom Kulen, Ream National Park, Cardamom Mountains, Kep National Park, jungles of Mondulkiri, forests of Kirirom Park. These are so heavenly inspiring, I'm just unable to express it here.

🏖 Not only the unbelievably beautiful nature, beaches as well!
Relax after all adventures on a beach. Koh Rong, located just off the shore of Sihanoukville, has pretty impressive sandy coasts.

Now, I won't tell you about its population, the capital city, or GDP, or anything of that sort.
Let's talk about its rich culture, nature and amazing people instead!

⛰️ Landscape! The greatest mountain systems of our planet, Tien Shan and Pamir, are located there. Of course, there're countless hiking trails through rocks, snow, green meadows, and huge lakes. 🥣 National cuisine. It's not so diverse, yet very tasty. Kyrgyz dishes are pretty standard: bread, meat, soups, vegetables. The food has to be suitable for keeping warm in the mountains and giving lots of energy.
TIP: go to a random café in the middle of nowhere, either in a sleepy village or at a roadside stop. The food is the best there!

🙏 No over-tourism. Nobody likes tourist scams, crowded attractions, and loud people around. There you can enjoy all the beauty in peace and silence.
