A extension we have just completed. At sna we do everything ourselves. From the digout to the final finishing touches.

This was a bathroom suite we completed in October last year. The only thing that we didn't take out or put in was the shower cubicle. The customer wanted to keep that how it was. Has you can see what a transformation it made.

Good evening guys. This was a loft conversion we done last year. A quick description on what we did was. Reinforce the joist for the floor to go in. Put in some insulation. Put down new flooring. Insulated between the roof joist with 70mm pir board. Then used a 50mm Insulated plasterboard. created some storage space in the eve's. Created a new hallway for the new staircase to go in. Put new stud walls up in the bedroom and hallway. Done all the plastering in the loft. Staircase.. Hallway landing and bedroom area. All the work was carried out by ourselves. A bathroom suite we finished . Full strip out. renewal of water and waste pipes cupboard built for storage, new ceiling and lights the customers were a pleasure to work for and very happy.
