What a wonderful French brunch party we had with our Joie de Vivre team! We are so excited to have such a fun and kind group. Eating delicious French food and sharing traveling experiences is a great start for an unforgettable adventure. Extra kudos to our fantastic hosts Pat and Ken. Our June 2018 spring retreat is limited to 2 to 6 participants. This is your chance to feel like you have your own private holistic health coach, private yoga instructor and private tour guide.

This trip is perfect for you if you don’t want to feel like a tourist rushing from one site to another but want to experience Brittany like a French native.

We will go to the french market, eat at the favorite local restaurant, sip delicious regional wines, lounge at the seawater spa and more all while studying the joie de vivre philosophy.

We will learn to slow down and embrace the small pleasures and simplicity that life in Brittany offers.

We will be guided to change our perspectives so we can live happier and more fulfilled lives.

Note that because our 2018 spring retreat will be more intimate in size (up to 6 people), the lodgings will be different from what is posted on the slides.
