FEAR is an elite CUSTOM camp program where WE COME TO YOU! Our HIGHLY QUALIFIED staff of coaches and counselors will travel to your facility to host a custom camp that is CONVENIENT for you and your players. A specific plan will be developed based on input from you and the needs of your program. From years of playing, observing and coaching we have developed a camp model tha
t facilitates IMPROVEMENT of skills and increases EXPOSURE to high level volleyball programs in your area. Our FEAR system has been designed to HELP YOU develop your program in two ways. First, we will help you to develop FUTURE EXPECTATIONS for your program. A skills based camp program taught and/or directed by coaches that have played at the highest levels will expose your athletes to the performance that is required to reach THEIR next level. Within camp, personal AND team goal setting is stressed in order to create a drive to achieve MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE POTENTIAL. Skills are drilled that focus on both individual and team concepts. With a series of our camps in combination with post-camp training suggestions, our system will lead your program to ACHIEVEMENT REALIZATION. SKILL CLINIC SERIES:
Prepare your athlete for the upcoming club season by offering them the opportunity to sharpen their skills and learn from some of the best collegiate coaches and players. These clinics are designed to be more cost effective but provide the same results as individual lessons. Help your athlete become a well-rounded player by encouraging them to attend multiple sessions geared toward various skills and segmented by skill levels. Sessions will be fast paced in order to ensure your athlete receives maximum repetitions and touches at each session.

Sessions are divided by skill and groups will be divided within the sessions based on age and skill level.
*HITTING/BLOCKING: Sessions concentrated on arm-swing, footwork (both blocking & hitting), quicker transitioning and increasing hitting versatility.
*SETTING: Sessions concentrated on technique, hand and body positioning, ball placement and delivery, and attacking as a setter.
*SERVING: Sessions concentrated on consistency, aggressiveness, hitting zones, jump serving, float serving, and short serving.
*DEFENSE/PASSING: Sessions concentrated on platform, body positioning, and footwork for both defense and serve receive.
