River Nest Yoga is teaming up with Registered Massage Therapist, Emily Martin to guide 10 people into a state of bliss.
Brianna will be guiding the class through a relaxing YIN practice, while Emily uses her magic touch to massage each guest.
The event will be hosted at the beautiful @rivernestretreats cottage. You will be overlooking the Ottawa River while practicing beside the fire.
Don’t miss this opportunity! This event has limited space and will fill up quickly.
Cost: $60 per person
Mats, props, tea and aromatherapy are all included.
