The Lustleigh 10k Run is an annual all-terrain race through the picturesque and challenged Wrey Vall All finishers get a high quality medal!
The Lustleigh 10k race is a challenging multi-terrain course, over hilly lanes, stony tracks, muddy paths and pasture, in and around the village of Lustleigh and within the Dartmoor National Park, Devon. The race is part of the Lustleigh Village Show which is held every August Bank Holiday Monday in the fields at Kelly Farm and includes many attractions including a Horse Show, Dog Show, Rural skil
ls and crafts as well as a vast array of food outlets, craft stalls and its own well stocked bar. The Race fee includes your entry into the show worth £6 (any supporters you bring with you will have to pay - under 14s £2.50, under 5s Free), and is a great day out for all the family. The Race will be started at 12 noon, with awards being presented to the race winners following the race.
Results for the 2024 Lustleigh 10k Run!
Our winner was Rory Barclay-Watt from Exeter Harriers, in a time of 36.23
He was followed by Alex Sparks (Teignbridge Trotters) in 38.22, and Richard Waldron in 38.42.
Fastest females were Amy Jones in 45.16, Emily Owen (Vale of Aylesbury) in 45.41, and last year's champion Chloe Olford (Teignbridge Trotters) in 47.05.
